Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

 

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order, this excludes weekends. Please note, orders placed during heavily promoted and/or holiday periods might require additional processing time.

Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days

Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments within the continental U.S. to arrive.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO and FPO orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

 

 

Due to the nature of our products we try to limit the time spent in hot warehouse and reserve the right to delay shipping without notice during warm weather months. To avoid potential melting and ensure you receive flawless products, orders received on Wednesday through Friday may ship the following Monday.

National Holidays

We do not ship packages on the following U.S. national holidays:

 

• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• New Year’s Day

 

Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.

 

Please note that it may take longer to ship Economy and Standard delivery orders during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother's Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion. You can always check the status of your order online at www.candle-line.com
